Easy 6-Step Return Guide

To qualify for a return, your product(s) must be in new condition and within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these steps to process your return:

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address.
  3. Package and return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for providing the return shipping label and for the return costs.
  4. Our team will keep you updated throughout the return process.
  5. Once we receive your return, our team will notify you.
  6. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return Period

You can return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt. The product must be unused and in the condition you received it, including the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Return shipping costs for a small package start at 10 GBP and may vary depending on the size of the package. 

Return Label

We do not provide a return label. The return label must be printed by the customer. Please ensure the label is correctly affixed to the return package before sending it back.

Exchanges

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we offer the option for an exchange, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process and receive further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. The refund will be processed through your original payment method and will be completed within 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

Return address

Once our customer service team receives your return notification, they will email you the return shipping address.

Exceptions

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as for products with obvious signs of use, damaged or incomplete items, or returns that are outside the 30-day return window. Additional costs may apply if the returned product arrives damaged.
